Good morning Gators!

Please read on for all pertinent banquet info-

Location: Sugar Creek Country Club, come in through the main front doors.

Arrival: 5:30- 5:45

Dinner Buffet: 6:00

Dress Code: Business casual, church attire

There will be a photo backdrop set up for pictures, and a cash bar.  The awards ceremony will begin approximately around 6:45- every swimmer will receive a medal. There will also be several special awards, recognitions, and our super famous slideshow!  If you have any pictures you would like to include, please email them to me ASAP!

If you would like to come help decorate we will meet at the Club around 2pm. I would love some extra hands!

We love our coaches!!  Coaches will have a bucket with their names on them at the head table.  They have given up so much of their summer to help your children, let's show our appreciation.  Thank you notes, pictures, cards, candy, gift cards- any token of gratitude is welcome!
