ABOUT THE GATORS
Established in 1972, The Sugar Creek Gators swim team currently swims in the Southwest Houston Recreational Swim League (SHRSL). The SHRSL is a summer swim league composed of community and subdivision swim teams in the southwest Houston area including Alief, Sugar Land, Missouri City, Meadows, Stafford, and Richmond, Texas. Teams are assigned to divisions based on their team enrollment and past performance enabling them to compete in a more equitable environment. Each division competes every week to determine a divisional champion. An All Star meet is conducted at the end of the season in late June/early July with swimmers competing from each division.
