Hi, my name is Lauren Neal (some may know me as Lauren Lassiter) and I am excited to be returning as the head coach for the Sugar Creek Gators. Swimming has been a passion of mine since I was 6 years old. I started my swimming career with the Pecan Grove Piranhas in 1996. After two years of summer league, I joined the First Colony Swim Team. I swam with FCST for 10 years and after I graduated high school, I went on to swim for Centenary College of Louisiana. I have worked with USS swim teams, summer league teams, and high school teams. I am currently the head swim coach at Clements High School. As a coach, I love helping athletes find success in themselves whether it is winning the heat or learning a legal breaststroke kick. I am looking forward to having a successful summer season!

We welcome back Madison Beauchamp and Madeline Cooney. Madison and Madeline aged out of our program last season, but each are bringing over 10 years of swimming experience with the Gators. They have held an assistant coaching position over the last 4 seasons and were both top female competitors for our program. They look forward to starting the season and continuing all the fun Gator traditions.
